Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate market while providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in real estate transactions, ensuring their best interests are met.
Conduct market analysis to determine property values and trends.
Create and manage property listings on various platforms.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for properties.
Host open houses and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth closing processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficient with real estate software and marketing tools.

Salary:
Base Salary: AED 2,000/month (plus commission opportunities).
