We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at NHS HOUSE. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, crafting high-quality beverages, and providing excellent customer service to enhance our clients’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
– Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and matcha.
– Ensure all drinks are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area.
Client Interaction:
– Greet clients warmly and take beverage orders with a friendly demeanor.
– Provide recommendations based on client preferences and dietary needs.
– Engage with clients to enhance their overall experience in the salon.
Operational Support:
– Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
– Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth service and coordination.
– Monitor equipment for cleanliness and proper functioning.
Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with the salon team to create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
– Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
