We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant cum Admin to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial for maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative support, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key role
assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
Maintain and update fixed asset records.
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of company documents, reports, and presentations.
