European company based in Downtown Dubai looking for an Admin / Executive Secretary
Requirements / Duties:
· Able to support the sales and purchase team / check documents / prepare invoices.
. Has to ensure that all data are correct, double check the work of colleagues and organize documents.
. Filing documents / Create and update records
· Handles other responsibilities of admin as may be assigned
Proficient in MS Office programs (WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT)
