Urgently required an accountant to a reputed real estate company situated in dubai

*Responsibilities:*

– Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
– Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, , and financial planning.
– Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
– Manage relationships with banks, and other financial institutions.
– Implement effective internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
– Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
– Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
– Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
– Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management activities.
– Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives and initiatives.

*Qualifications:*

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance in UAE with at least 5 year in a senior leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Strong knowledge of real estate finance, investment, and development.
– Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and driving business growth.
– Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
– Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
