We are a leading cosmetics trading company with a strong presence in the UAE and international markets, including Austria, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Our company specializes in the import of high-quality products from China and exports them to our various international branches. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Manager to lead our financial and operational functions across multiple locations. This role is pivotal in managing our entire financial operations, including accounting, financial planning, analysis, and HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our financial health, compliance, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for our UAE and international branches. • Global Operations: Manage financial activities across multiple locations (Sharjah Free Zone, Dubai Mainland, Austria, Azerbaijan, Georgia), ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. • Import/Export Transactions: Handle financial transactions related to imports from China and exports to international branches, ensuring accurate and timely processing. • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion in the cosmetics trading sector. • HR Management: Oversee HR-related functions, including payroll, employee benefits, and compliance with labour laws in the respective regions. • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company’s assets are protected. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role. • Skills: Strong understanding of international finance, import/export regulations, and HR management. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. • Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
