Job Details

Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
Budget Management:
Prepare annual budgets and perform periodic budget reviews.
Provide detailed variance analysis and recommend actions to manage deviations.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget alignment with company goals.
Accounting and Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.
Develop cash flow forecasting models to predict future financial positions.
Optimize cash management strategies to enhance working capital efficiency.
Taxation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Financial Operations:
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and investors.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
Act as a liaison with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
