The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing key HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining employee records. They will help develop company policies, manage employee benefits, and assist in performance reviews and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing and onboarding.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Address employee concerns and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR software and labor regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
