Job Details
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resolve issues.
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage budgets and expenses.
Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
