Job Description
– Developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
– Bring in institutional investors
– Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and investors.
– Developing relationships with property owners, buyers, and renters
– Negotiating and preparing contracts, leases, and agreements
– Identify homeowners and convince them to list their properties for sale/rent with us.
– Handle customer enquiries, understanding their requirements and arrange for viewing.
– Advising on buying process, documentation, financing options and ROI calculations.
– Stay informed about market trends and property values
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
– Attend Developer meetings and launches

Requirements
Skills – Ability to sell and negotiate.
