Job Details
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is a motivated, well-organized individual and who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with the team and customers.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
– Guiding the Team to achieve the targets!
– Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
– Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
– Set individual sales targets with the sales team
– Work on sales scripts with agents
– Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
– Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
Plan and direct sales team training
– Setting sales target: The sales Manager set targets for the team and monitor progress towards achieving these targets
– Developing sales strategies: The Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales target, such as identifying target markets, creating sales plans
– Train Sales team
– Building and Maintain Client Relationship, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service
– Managing the sales pipeline: ensuring that the leads are followed up and that opportunities are converted into sales
– The Sales Manager analyzes sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
– Collaborating with other departments: The Sales Manager works closely to other departments to ensure the sales objectives are aligned with overall goals of the company
– Staying Up-to-date with market trends, industry development and competitor activity and uses this information to inform sales strategies
– Reporting to Senior Management: The Sales Manager provides regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance, market trends and other relevant in formation
– Meeting sales target
– Meet with Clients
– Stay informed on Real Estate Industry
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Sales Manager.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Core Responsibilities
To accomplish or surpass predetermined goals, the sales manager is ultimately responsible for planning and carrying out all sales operations of his Team.
