Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
– Explain the company’s trading services and products to prospective customers.

– Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Follow up on leads, track progress, and update records in the CRM system.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion.
– Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns and market trends.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
– Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
