Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Representative who embodies excellent communication skills and confidence with strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to build rapport and trust quickly. With a multilingual background, they can connect with a broader audience, enhancing our reach in the competitive Dubai real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make engaging outbound calls to prospective customers, utilizing a friendly and persuasive approach to establish rapport and interest.
Lead Follow-Up: Actively follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure potential clients feel valued and informed about our offerings.
Product Presentation: Present and promote our diverse range of real estate products and services with confidence and clarity, highlighting the benefits tailored to customer needs.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and resolving any concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication, strategic follow-ups, and a proactive approach to closing sales.
